Consent for COVID-19 Testing

The North Pocono School District has a COVID-19 testing program under the guidance of the PA Department of Health and Concentric by Ginkgo. Test to Stay is a program that, when combined with regular COVID-19 mitigation measures (e.g., masking, social distancing), allows unvaccinated or partially-vaccinated students and staff who are identified as close contacts in certain school settings to continue in-person education, so long as they remain asymptomatic and serially test negative for COVID-19. North Pocono students will not be tested without the consent of both the student and their guardian. The links below will walk you through the consent process. The building access codes are necessary to initiate the consent process. All students will need a completed consent form to participate in the testing program.
